employee management challenges. Each member is entitled to 4 FREE
calls to this hotline each calendar year. The Human Resource Hot
Line service is intended to provide initial consultation services.
If additional services are required beyond the scope of the hot
line, a fee for service may be required. The client’s prior
approval will be obtained before any fee-based services are provided.
