ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for enrollment into the health
insurance plan through the Chamber of Commerce, a person or business
must be a current member of the Chamber. An individual must be self-employed
with a valid Federal ID # and provide a Schedule C indicating $25,000
net profit. A Company may not have more than fifty employees and
seventy-five percent participation is required unless the employee
presently has other health insurance coverage, or the employee does
not meet the criteria for health insurance set by the employer.
