While there is no charge for the use of
either room there are some responsibilities that need to be met
and followed.
Responsibilities of the Member:
If a luncheon is planned, it is your responsibility
to provide the food or caterer AND clean up:
- Cleaning tables off and wiping them
down if deemed necessary.
- Trash removal off premises.
- Vacuuming the carpet.
The room should be left as you found it.
If tables are moved, please replace them before you leave.
If you wish, the Chamber staff will make
prior arrangements for the room to be cleaned, vacuumed and trash
removed for a $25 fee that would be charged to you.
Responsibilities of the Chamber:
Placing your meeting on the calendar to
reserve the room for your company.
Making sure the room is neat and well appearing.
