Our members are our most important constituents. Our prime focus is to provide them with unequalled membership value through innovative programs and services that address their changing needs, pro-active representation and advocacy on all levels of government, bold leadership for our business community and the Cayuga County area, and unwavering emphasis on continuous improvement, quality, and exemplary member and community service in all our efforts and operations.

Here are the initiatives that support our overall effort:

• Refer and promote only our member businesses and organizations
• Limit access to many Chamber products, programs and services to our members only
• Assure that Chamber members have a registration or cost advantage over non-members when products, programs and services are available for non-members
• Restrict all sponsorships, advertising and marketing opportunities on Chamber programs to members only
• Make volunteer opportunities on Chamber councils, committees, and task forces open only to members and their employees
